Its presence underpins an array of essential ecosystem services; it sustains the tapestry of sustainable food production; and bestows upon us the precious gifts of medicine and good health. Yet, its worth extends far beyond the tangible, exuding a spiritual significance that resonates beyond its economic importance.

Our world can be an incredibly overwhelming place with its polarised politics, multitude of wars, overconsumption and excess, not to mention global warming, extreme weather events and collapsing ecosystems.
